QEDEX is a SaaS platform, although it can also be installed fully on-premises or as a hybrid solution, whereas QEDEX components responsible for heavy data computations are installed in the customer’s environment while the conversational layers are available online.
¶ Why is QEDEX for you?
QEDEX is personalized. Your QEDEX Agents are configured separately for each group of end-users. Once a new instance of a QEDEX Agent is created, it can be assigned to a number of end-users with the same analytical needs, within the same organization. A single organization can have multiple QEDEX Agents configured, administered in a unified way, but focused on the needs of different end-user groups, using different (or the same, or partially the same) data and information sources.
¶ Why is QEDEX accurate?
QEDEX is accurate – configurations are automatic but approved and (if needed) improved by the Data Science Support team. Whenever applicable, configurations of new QEDEX Agents can be additionally automatically based on analogies with ML model and analytical pipeline templates that have been designed earlier by the Data Science Support team (and stored in a special repository) for similar data sources and business needs. Once a given instance of QEDEX Agent is configured and allowed to be used by a given group of end-users, they can - on top of their regular analytical work supported by the agent - discuss with the agent its potential drawbacks and file tickets that can be then converted into the agent’s updates.

QEDEX is safe – LLMs are used for communicating with users, parameterizing and triggering computational requests, as well as interpreting the analytical outcomes, whereas independent sandbox modules are responsible for verifying and executing those requests in the most secure and efficient way. Moreover, QEDEX is based on its own LLM versions which reduces a need for online transfers and knowledge leaks.
